Collaboration Activity

I personally think that our collaboration project was very successful and gave us the "high school" sneak peak when working for a bigger company. I was very disappointed Liz did not throw any chairs or fire anyone, even though technically she cannot fire a classmate. In the real world, there will definitely be bosses that push employees around for due dates, certain stories and certain things that need to get done. The positive outcome of this activity was that it showed us how a company would; such as who is in charge, and what other employees do what type of jobs. For my last opinion, i thought Liz did a great job on sorting out stories and topics to the individuals, its not easy being in charge and trying to keep everyone happy.
ESPN, ESPN radio, and ESPN magazine are all ways that are used today to give reports, interviews and highlights of the most talked about stories sports around the world. ESPN is mainly watched on television with its own channel for all types of different cable boxes and satellites. ESPN radio is a great way to listen to what's going on when you are on the road and traveling. ESPN magazine is another good way to stay connected when traveling by airplane on business trips and such.
When aired on television, which is 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week, ESPN and even Sportscenter is viewed by  millions daily. With video interviews, highlights and game recaps, to even my favorite part of the show, every weeks top 10 plays from around the world. ESPN radio and other sports radios are only presented through obviously the radio, which can make it sometimes hard to understand or pay attention. When driving for example, it can be hard to drive and listen to every little detail they have to say. ESPN magazine can be very entertaining as well. It has pictures, interviews, and they try to keep them as up to date as possible. The only problem with magazines, is that sometimes these subscriptions will take a few days to reach you, which make some of the content "old news" in a way.
My favorite of these 3 media choices is definitely ESPN through television; it is by far faster, and easier to view. With new ideas that come up yearly to keep the public interested, I would guess that most sports lovers watch ESPN on television.

Classroom Presentations

During our presentations, I found that Courtney Lavoie's journalist was the most intriguing. Her journalist was Anna Wintour who currently works for Vogue magazine. There is one specific reason why Anna stood out to me the most about her personal life. When she turned 16, she dropped out of school because she had a dream and decided to take action. What is very interesting is that knowing that fact, she still became very successful in her career and is still successful today.
If I could choose any of these journalist's career to be my own, It would have to be Chris Broussard's. Chris reminds me of myself in so many ways, I would almost consider it a coincidence. Mr. Broussard lives, breathes, and sleeps sports. He loves and enjoys talking and thinking about sports with friends or even by himself. His most desirable sport, which is also my favorite, is basketball. Most of his work that is seen or heard of nowadays is basketball related.
Getting credit for completely lying to the public is wrong on many different levels in my eyes. I would avoid a career, or failure of a career, that Janet Cooke has been through. She is currently unemployed and may not find work for a long time. In my opinion, she gets what she deserves.

My blog assignment expectations is to make sure Ms. Silver is  my worst enemy pleased with my blogging. I hope that all of my fellow viewers find my blog entertaining and interesting. If not, get out. I will also try to keep my women followers entertained as much as I can. My theme of this blog will consist of what is on the human male brain daily. What we think about, what we do, and who will win the Superbowl. The idea of a "Man Cave" came to me randomly while I was patiently lounging around, eating a bag of chips, while watching ESPN. Although my followers will be disinterested within a estimation of a week, it will give me time to listen to what my friends have to say and improve my blogging, even though in a mans world, we don't care anyway.
